Our Live Chat Service – We use a third party for our chat system called Advanced Facebook Messenger Live-Chat live chat, which is used to deal with customer enquiries on the website in real-time. We will ask you for your name and email address on occasions when we are busy and can’t reply to your chat straight away we will use this to email you if, for any reason, the chat is disconnected.
